Our take
I upgraded to the Inpulse 200 MK2 for the extra inputs, and it's a step up. The mic and phono inputs are handy for adding vocals or turntables. The jog wheels with illumination look cool and help in dark gigs. The 3-band EQ is responsive, and the included software is decent for beginners. Rack-mounting is a nice bonus for studio setups. However, the build still feels a bit cheap, and the pads are a bit stiff. The sampling rate is only 44.1kHz, not hi-res. For $120, it's a good value but not pro-grade.
