Our take
I used the Inpulse 300 MK2 to learn the basics of mixing. As a single-deck controller, it forces you to rely on the software for the second deck, which is a bit limiting. The build is adequate for the price, and the integration with Serato DJ Lite is smooth. I missed having dedicated channel faders and more pads. For the price, it's okay for practice, but I quickly outgrew it. If you're serious about DJing, save for a two-deck controller.
